Our Dedicated Providers
Carla Dirmann
FNP-C
Carla is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 15 years of nurse practitioner experience, in addition to 15 years of registered nursing experience. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Hawaii, followed by a Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Memphis. Her clinical background includes hospital medicine, ICU, cardiac care, and patient education. She has worked in hospital medicine, pulmonology and sleep medicine, urology, and wound care as an NP prior to opening her own independent practice with Jessica Long, NP.
Jessica Long
AGNP-C
Jessica has two decades of experience in healthcare and is board-certified in adult and geriatric medicine. She holds nursing degrees from Boise State and the University of Cincinnati. Her passion lies in caring for older adults through primary care, case management, and community-based support.
